Hardliner^® Urethane Modular Screening Systems

Used to classify and screen various aggregate materials, Hardliner polyurethane screening panels provide exceptional wear, and are non-corrosive and chemical resistant*.

Panels are available in 1’ x 1’, 1’ x 2’, and 1’ x 4’ sizes, in a wide range of apertures (both square and slotted), with openings starting at .25mm.

Apertures are tapered to reduce plugging and blinding problems, for improved screening efficiency with less maintenance.

The screen panels’ light weight makes them easier and safer to handle. Hardliner polyurethane screens are quieter than steel, helping to reduce noise levels.

Retrofits to most existing modular screening systems.

Easy installation facilitates quick change-outs for reduced downtime.
