This policy has been formulated by the President of C.U.E. and endorsed by its management. The President, by signature to this policy, pledges total commitment to supply the resources, leadership and environment to develop, implement and continuously improve the quality management system. Measurable quality objectives, consistent with this policy, are established and progress is periodically reviewed, with the goal of meeting requirements and improving our operating system.
This policy is explained and discussed at training given to all employees and is posted in conspicuous locations throughout the company. The entire C.U.E. organization is expected to adhere to this quality policy, the processes set forth in the quality manual, and the procedures which govern their respective daily operations. Anything less is unacceptable.
