C.U.E.'s Urethane Molding Quality Policy

The C.U.E. Inc. family of employees is totally committed to meeting our customers’ expectations in terms of the quality of our urethane products, timeliness of delivery, and the services that we provide. We recognize that our success relies on the complete satisfaction of our customers.  

Executive management guarantees this commitment by establishing an operating system compliant with ISO 9001-2000.  This operating system drives continuous improvement in the way we conduct our business and insures that any statutory or regulatory requirements are met.

Quality Commitment

Each employee is, by this policy, a champion of the customer, a steward of our business, and the link to external and internal customer satisfaction.

This policy has been formulated by the President of C.U.E. and endorsed by its management.  The President, by signature to this policy, pledges total commitment to supply the resources, leadership and environment to develop, implement and continuously improve the quality management system. Measurable quality objectives, consistent with this policy, are established and progress is periodically reviewed, with the goal of meeting requirements and improving our operating system. 

This policy is explained and discussed at training given to all employees and is posted in conspicuous locations throughout the company. The entire C.U.E. organization is expected to adhere to this quality policy, the processes set forth in the quality manual, and the procedures which govern their respective daily operations. Anything less is unacceptable.
