Premium Grade Urethane

Chemically engineered to be cut-resistant, then form-molded and permanently bonded to the steel backing. The results are increased blanket longevity that saves money.  All urethanes are not created equally.  C.U.E. works very hard to optimize the performance characteristics of our urethanes.  Our on-staff Ph.D. Polymer Chemist works closely with our raw material suppliers maintaining, and enhancing, the superior physical properties of our proprietary formulation.  We maintain our standards by performing vigorous quality checks prior to receiving the raw materials into our storage tanks.

Dimensional Accuracy

The TimeSaver Anvil Cover provides a consistent surface thickness and keeps the movement of the corrugated cardboard moving forward at a consistent rate. By eliminating the soft spot that occurs with other anvil covers, there is no change in the forward rate thus meaning the corrugated card meets the die cutter at the proper speed.

This results in the die cut being the proper size without being stretched or shortened.
